You may be aware of a new privacy law which comes into effect on 25th May 2018. This is called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our Service Users are at the heart of our services as a charity, so we wish to let you know how we use and look after your personal information, and to make you aware of your rights under the new regulation.

We have recently updated our Privacy Notice and this will be viewed on our website: http://www.sanctuaryfs.org or you may request a printed copy by writing, phoning or emailing. The Privacy Notice includes more detailed information about your rights as a service user of Sanctuary Family Support. You may also contact us to request information about what data we hold, or to make corrections, or for us to remove some information.
